How do I know if I am doing the back treatment exercises correctly?
- For lower back pain – it moves from the leg, buttock or the side, towards the middles of your low back. - For Neck Pain – if your pain is usually felt further away from the neck and moves towards the midline of the cervical spine, you are exercising correctly
- · Pain intensity gradually decreases
- · Your range of movement increases
You are exercising incorrectly when:
