Return Policy

Faulty Products

All products purchased from Spinal Publications NZ Ltd are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for prompt action. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Back Supports - foam and inflatable products:

Spinal Publications NZ Ltd offers a 12 month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship on all our foam and inflatable products.

Books and DVD’s

Spinal Publications NZ Ltd offers a 14 day right of return on all our books and DVD’s, should there be manufacturing defects.


Unsatisfactory Products

If, for any reason, you should find the product to be unsatisfactory, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.  Books and DVD's cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. NB: Products returned damaged, due to unsatisfactory packaging, will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, Night Rolls, Cervical Rolls and Coccyx Cushions MUST be unused and returned in their original packaging. When testing the Coccyx Cushion and Cervical rolls please keep them IN their plastic packaging.

The cost of returning a product you no longer want is your responsibility.

The product must be returned in excellent condition for a refund, less postage costs. Please use extra caution when packing books, to avoid damage.

  • We will charge you the retail price shown on the site at the time of order.
  • The prices shown are in NZ Dollars
  • All prices include GST.
  • Specials are available to NZ based customers only
  • Account holder discounts will apply
  • The prices shown include delivery within NZ (extra charge applies for Rural delivery), unless stated otherwise.
  • Online orders are payable by credit card ($NZ) or bank deposit only.
  • Credit card orders over $300 may incur an additional charge to cover credit card fees - to be invoiced after ordering.
  • Orders by phone, fax, post or email can be paid by cash, cheque or deposit directly into our bank account.
  • Dispatch of orders are subject to stock availability, you will be advised if a product is unavailable.
  • Delivery is by courier. Please ensure the address supplied is one that a courier  will deliver to.
  • We will supply to international addresses providing there is no distributor contracted to supply in that territory and that the international postage cost is paid by the purchaser.
  • Any return of goods is subject to our Returns Policy.
  • Spinal Publications NZ Ltd will meet our obligations as set out in the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
